In the finals of the "al-rowad" (the Leader) project – which aims to strengthen and develop young Arab leaders, Amal Aoun and Adnan Masri won first place. Both were awarded the title of "leader" US$1,500 prize for each one.
The main aim of the project in which this manuscript has been developed is to search for and propose the most constructive and effective ways to deal with the complex conflictual relationship between Israel and its Palestinian and Arab neighbors.

They confirmed the "Hostility" and "Unprofessionalism" of police officers, while their job is to ensure the safety of the people, and to allow the press to cover and convey facts to the general public as part of "the public's right to knowledge and freedom of expression."
