 I’lam conducted a course at Birzeit University on October 24^th and 25^th. The topic was “Arabic Language for Media Personnel”. 22 activists and members of the media attended the two day course, which was held in the Masrouji building at Birzeit University and taught by Khalid Saleem of Birzeit’s Media Development Center. At the conclusion of the second the day the participants all received certificates for successful completion of the course.

This class was one of several courses that I’lam has offered in conjunction with Birzeit University. Past courses have covered Writing in the Media and Gender Inequality in the Mainstream Media.
