The third and final event of the Oratory competition took place on Friday, November 11th at I’lam’s offices in Nazareth. The 16 participants conducted a debate simulating the perspectives of the Knesset’s Education Committee members. The topic discussed was the question of binational education in Israeli schools. At the conclusion of the debate, cash prizes were awarded to three winners for outstanding performances in all three rounds of the competition, the debate simulation as well as two rounds of speech presentations.

The winners were:
Third place, Shaden Ghanim representing MK Nurit Koren
Second place, Bayan Hjirat representing MK Anat Berko
First place, Raef Ighbarieh representing MK Hanin Zoabi
